Took a quick ride before the road trip out to Meadville, PA for the race tomorrow. Didn't feel much like a tailwind on the way up and didn't generate much speed or spin. Climb didn't go much better, although didn't push hard did try to spin fast without favorable results. Down hill went a little better but still had no spark in the legs and felt tired rather than relaxed.
