My heart rate was fairly high, considering I was about 2/3 up the initial climb up Aubochon Rd, climbing out of the flood plain of the Missouri River and up into Florissant, when my heart probably skipped a beat (or two) as the tornado sirens sounded for the 'first Monday of the month 11 AM test'.
