Took a long slow ride around Seneca Lake. Winds were fickle but overall it worked to my advantage as started and finished with a tailwind. Mostly spun easily as the legs were a bit heavy from the intense effort yesterday. Also spent a good amount of time trying to isolate the occasional tick I get when I come out of the saddle. Couldn't really find it though and thought it might be in the bottom bracket on the possibility I damaged it during installation. It is a press fit and had to install and remove it a couple of times while building the bike. Stopped along side the road and ordered another one in case the tick is an indication of damage. Had pretty good speed for the first hour but things slowed down after that. Opted to stay on the highway instead of riding next to the lake on the East Lake Road and stopped for lunch in Ovid. Fairly nice touring day though it was a bit windy.
