 Recovery Ride
Legs were feeling yesterday' s century effort but it was a beautiful riding day despite the north wind. Caught the wind up the valley but just went at a touring speed on a slow ride on the Fitzpatrick course in reverse. Rather than starting out with a big climb it was twenty miles of upgrade and rolling climbs ending in a fast downhill. The loose stones from the chip sealing of the Middle road have settled in making for a good surface at last. Not much happened on the ride just soaked up some sun and spun. Went slow on the downhill riding the brakes for some reason as just didn't even feel like getting a quick thrill today. Got some miles in and legs felt better after the ride so a good slow ride.
