I headed out East North to the Swamp Rabbit and on up to Furman and back again. I felt pooped out after work and got some OT today. My lower back was feeling much better today until one of the jerks at work smacked me on the back. He seems to think that we're still in grade school and wants to act like he is. The ride was fairly uneventful but pleasant. Our cooler temps didn't last so it's back to riding in the 90s again. Hopefully the weather will catch up to the calendar soon!
