I rode up the offshoot on ICAR and added 2 hilly miles to each loop over there. I rode to loop 3 times plus a little extra going to and from the truck. While riding a guy passed me on every lap. I'm not sure what he was doing since I didn't meet him on the other side of the loop. He must have been riding somewhere at the start end of the loop that would put me back in front of him so that he passed me on every loop. On the 2nd loop I was sitting at a red light when he caught me. I said something about him lapping me. He looked at me and said "The difference is that your bike must weigh 35 pounds while mine weighs 17." I looked over at him and replied "The difference is that I weigh over 250 pounds while you're nowhere close to that!" I was really struggling on the final 3 miles to get back to the truck. Last night I had been asleep about 45 minutes when I woke up with a severe cramp on the inside of my right thigh. The extra miles along with the hills just about killed me!
