Seem to be suffering from a little of the old cycling fatigue. Felt weak and still having some ache in my legs but it was too nice a day not to ride. Tried to spin easy but ended up struggling up SR14 to Horseheads and caught the tailwind back. Seemed odd to struggle to keep a fifteen miles an hour average speed on the same section I had a twenty-four mph avg when time trialing earlier in the year. Coasted most of the way back and was happy to get the ride over with.
