 And that's a winner...that wasn't.
I've taken today off from work, not just because its my birthday, but becuase we have tickets to this afternoon's Cardinals game. Hopefully the game will be as exciting as the games the last two nights!

Well, the first 8 innings were exciting and enjoyable, but the 9th inning not so much! The Cardinals gave up a 6 runs in the 9th, blowing a 4 run lead in the top of the 9th. Ugh. If the Cardinals would have hung on to win, they would be only 1 game behind the Atlanta Braves for the NL wild card.

...and that was all after the start of the game was delayed 2 hr 15 minute by rain.
