There was a fender bender at I-170 & Olive. I was waiting for the light so I could continue going west on Olive, and as the light was changing a white car coming down the southbound off-ramp was stopping (their light was changing from green to yellow to red), and the car behind them either couldn't or didn't want to slow down/stop. I heard the horn of the second car, the thump as it hit the first car, the looked up & my light was green.
