Ride Description: Strange night. I almost quit after 2 laps because of chest & arm pain, but I just slowed down and it went away.
I finally discovered I only get the chest and arm pain when I breathe too hard. So after concentrating on spinning without breathing hard, I did much better.

I rode the north end hill on the first lap, and was too too slow. The chain tensioner was grinding bad.
But on the last lap I tried it again, this time I kept my speed up and pedaled smoothly up the hill. But it did get me breathing hard.

I still can't figure out how I'm faster on this bike. Must be the 22 pounds & and the light, fast wheels.
My max speed was 21.5. Which is mostly coasting speed, because this gearing "spins out" at about 18 mph.

HR Includes 4 minutes of rest to fix my shoe.
