Today Yolanda and I headed up the trail. She hadn't ridden for quite some time, so I wanted to let her set the pace and not run her into the ground. So we made a very relaxed pace run up the trail. We had ice cream with Jenn at the Creamery. I had salted caramel ice cream on apple. Then it was back down the trail. We stopped at the Fat Ma's historical marker at Mt. Calvary. We chit-chatted about a lot of things and had a good time riding. Jenn said that Ken brought Steve up today as well. When we finished Yolanda said that her legs were very rubbery, but riding 26 1/2 miles the first time out is something.
