Ride Description: Makwa is now "complete" and connects the "OO" & Mosquito Brook Trail Heads. There is still a .4 mile stretch that uses the Birkie Trail. I think they will be working on new singletrack in that area in 2010. I was going to shoot a lot of video today, but my handlebar mount loosened and I didn't have a wrench to tighten it. And my helmet with the helmetcam broke. I bought a new helmet at New Moon. Joel was nice to give me a 15% "CAMBA trail builders" discount. Didn't shoot much video because it was taking way too long to set up each shot.

Saw Ron & Steve out on the trail. First time riding the newly completed Makwa from Mosquito Brook to "OO".
I was really tired when I got to "OO", but I ate, then felt much better on the way back.
