I didn't feel well, but thought that riding might pull me out of this funk. I was wrong. As I rode I began feeling considerably worse. The ride up was okay but I felt like I was struggling. Today there were 7 of us. ken, Don, Wally was new to me, a couple from Spartsnburg (I think his name was Zjack and her name was Kathy), then Debbie met us at the ice cream shop. I had a small chocolate/vanilla twist, but before we left I started feeling poorly. Instead of riding back with the group I came in on Old Buncombe. I felt okay nil the last couple of miles. Once home my left ear is very sore and I have lost my voice.
