I rode the Surly from home through the park, across downtown, out the Orange Line, then out Old Buncombe Road to Altalmont. I took Altamont to the water tower, then followed the frontage road to North Poinsett and took it back to the Swamp Rabbit Trail. I followed the trail back to the Swamp Rabbit Café where I stopped for a BLT salad and I bought a ham and cheese sandwich for Cissi. I rode home through the park and took my normal route home.
