 Bill & Ken 0ver Piney Mountain and Paris Mountain
I picked up Bill and drove to Piney Mountain Bikes. We rode over Piney Mountain and met Ken at the Garden Spot on Altamont. We rode up the Greenville side of Paris Mountain. Bill really struggled on the wall. His right leg just didn't have the oomph to push over the wall. But Bill stayed with it and made it over the wall. He also struggled with his right leg on one hill where he got caught in a higher gear. But he made it! Once at the top, he didn't feel like going down the Greenville side as there are a few climbs and his legs were tired. So he went down the Furman side and rode to the Furman campus and made a lap around the lake. Ken and I rode down the Greenville side, then Ken headed for home while I climbed Piney Mountain to get back to the car. I drove to Furman and picked up Bill at the Bell Tower. We stopped at Starbucks on the way home.
