I drove to the park to ride with Ken’s Sunday ride today. Steve S, Walter, Ken, and I left the park. We picked up Don Y and Lynda at Linky Stone Park. They kept the pace down as they know that I am dragging anchor and even at that I struggled to keep up with them. We rode up the trail and stopped at the Forest. I had one of the worst smoothies that I have ever had. I can’t say anything other than it was really bad. When we rode back down the trail Lynda rode with me for a few miles and Steve rode with me the rest of the way. I just don’t have the legs to ride with those guys yet.
