Well' I have some good news and some bad news. Okay, I will start with the good news; glad that you asked.
Since about June, I have been riding about four days per week; four days on and three days off. I have managed to control the back pain until it's almost nothing now, with daily special back exercises and a liberal dose of ibuprofins. So, at this point this is good news and with the proper schedule and routine, I expect that I have conqured this thing.
Well, since you asked; here is that bad news. I have logged only about 900 miles for the year so far. So, this year is currently at one fifth the mileage of last year. Each of the rides are much slower than last year, almost at a creaping speed of 8 to 10 mph. At least, and this is the best that I can say right now, I am out on the bike four days per week.
Yes, mileage will slowly increase, but slowly is the operative word here.
And, so there you are.
