MISSION STATEMENTCycle Folsom exists to provide an environment where cyclists can improve their cycling skills, strength and endurance through intelligent training and nutrition.
Each of our three levels of riding groups are designed to provide training opportunities for riders of different fitness levels and each is structured to address a specific riding discipline.
As you move between groups, strength, endurance, nutrition and time commitment may vary greatly. Because of this we provide group-level descriptions that address these factors for your benefit; we want you to have a positive riding experience.
Our PELOTON Group ride has a “no-drop policy” for first time attendees, in other words, we’ll make certain that you don’t get left behind the first time you come out to ride with us.
Our ENDURANCE and PERFORMANCE Group rides operate on a different dynamic designed to help riders improve and advance their skills and fitness with a mind toward goal events.
