BUMP is a non profit oroganization devoted to advocating off road cycling in the Birmingham AL area, trail construction and maintenance and fellowship with and between all off road cyclists. Activities include regular and specially scheduled group rides for all abilties, social events, and Mountain bike races, including the annual "Bump and Grind" XC race held at Oak Mountain State Park each June.
