moderate effort. I could have pushed harder, but wanted to stay with the group. I lead part of the way on the uphill, and lead all the way downhill and back. |
| Weather Conditions: Calm at first and may have had a bit of wind going out. It was calm in Jean, but we had light headwinds when we crested the hill. Hot of course. |

Comments: Club ride to Pedal N Pour Coffee shop with eight other riders. Mix of casual, moderate and strong sprints. No hammering.
On the way back I rode with one rider who seemed effected by the heat. He usually rides faster. I made sure he got home OK. |

| Comments: club ride to Lake Las Vegas. Ride was shortened due to the heat. I felt good. I did some sprints and fast (for me) climbs then went slow for the group to catch up. |

| Comments: Solo ride to Jean. Strong effort both ways, but pushed it more on the way back. Could have pushed harder I think. I got a great workout and my legs feel worked. |
| Weather Conditions: start at 84° and finish at 96° I had a ten mph headwind to the high point, then mostly calm getting to Jean. I got there with a 17 mph average. Coming back winds were very light. I thought they would help me more. |

| Weather Conditions: Start at 89 with finish at 97. Light winds for most, but got ten mph plus out in the open. Helped me hit 33 mph on Lv Blvd. |

| Comments: Club ride through Red Rock Valley. I did a lot of drafting until the steepest hill. This was the first time I was able to pass one of other rider on the climb. Of Course we had slight headwinds, so I had some advantage. I raced a different rider to the Overlook, dug-in and beat him. Legs are quite sore now. |
| Weather Conditions: Hot!! Light winds until five miles to the finish. 15+ mph headwinds there. |

| Comments: Boulder City via Horizon Ridge. Hillier ride than usual for me. Legs feel good, though. about six miles from home I got lower track cramps. Finally got home to a restroom. During the cramps I just coasted. I had to force myself to pedal. |

| Comments: Solo start of Split Ends. Intended to do 27 miles, but the winds were very strong. I cut it short. Casual to medium effort. |
