| Comments: Felt a bit off and cut ride short. Guy had challeneges with a flat. As a side note, I don't know why wheel/rim manufactures make rims so off that its near impossible to pull off a tire. I can't recall the wheel (Scott with 105) manufacture, but it was nearly impossible to remove a Conti 5000 off the rim and reinstall with a new tube. Ive changed road tires for near 55 years, the worst maybe. |

| Comments: Rode to "Wind Gap" Missouri today, well, not exactly. Irode to Barnesville, Georgia, real town that is the active set of a t>V. show. Anyway, I took it easy in the heat (15 mph) for the ride. 3300 feet of climbing. Nice downhill at Jordon Hill, 45 plus. Stunk pretty bad at the end. Peeee U!

| Comments: Club did a two prong ride for a youth mountain bike teams that we help to support. Gravel folks took a ride to a state mountain bike and hiking trail, Dosett, near Jackson and Indian Spring State Park. I did the road part, some 63 plus miles. I took it easy on the way back, hot and hotter on the road. :-) |
