| Comments: 1st FoCo ride on Poudre Trail south towards Greely. Impossible to make any speed on the trail at all, too gratuitously curvy, sections of bad pavement, tons of traffic. Makes me miss Chatfield. Took it easy since I didn't know the trail at all. 600' vert but felt like MUCH more. |

| Comments: Rode from Richfield UT Quality Inn towards Annabelle, then out towards Candy Mt trail. Felt great at the start as it was flat with some shallow uphill grades/rollers. After 1st hill, suddenly heard a bad grinding noise from rear wheel. Had some help from a guy on an ebike long wheelbase bent. Was able to adjust rear wheel to make it back to hotel. Was VERY bummed!! Would have had a great ride on a perfect morning, almost no wind! 400', ATemp:59F. Got wheel fixed next day at Ruby Canyon bike in Grand Junction |

| Comments: Rode from hotel in GS up Rio Grande trail. Started with rear rotor grinding against bolt in 1st 2 miles, but quieted down after that. Felt VERY slow on the uphill grade towards Snowmass, but was good to finally get some actual miles in on the new wheels. Wanted to do 55+ miles, but cops shut down trail due to NG leak!! Could smell it in the air, next to a highway! 1300' vert, ATemp:69F |

| Comments: 2025 M2D ride from Norwood to Gateway on a beautiful, low wind, relatively warm morning (ATemp:75F). Wasn't going into the ride with much confidence, was concerned if I'd be able to make the donkey rock climb. I did, but I was slow on every hill, intentionally tried to spin instead on push on the rollers. Found a paceline last 15 miles which REALLY helped as I was beginning to run out of gas. The paceline was lead by a guy from Iowa on a road ebike. 1400' vert, 3800' descent...LOL, ATemp:75F. Hope to be in MUCH better shape next year. |
