| Comments: 10 minute Glacier Park scenic ride, tried to get into a live ride this morning, but it wasn't working, so did 30 minutes together from home with Robin Arzon. Body decided it didn't want to work hard, so I just pedaled a good cadence. |

| Comments: Spin, first a bit with Robin Arzon, yep not tonight. It was the Lizzo ride and too explicit for me. Switched to Ally Love and one of her Sundays with Love rides. Very good. Got up out of the saddle quite a bit. Wish I would have remembered to put on my Garmin to track my heart rate. Oh well. Got in a really good sweat and found a new instructor that I like. |

| Comments: Was planning on doing a live Peloton ride for 30 minutes, so I started with my 10 minute Taipei scenic ride. Then moved into the live ride, but they had technical issues. I just kept pedaling and they rescheduled that live ride for half an hour later, so I just stayed on the bike. The live ride was Ally Love's Feel Good Ride live from home. It was worth waiting for. |
