Comments: Standard Rawhide ride. Started out with headwind from North but light, light cross headwind from SE on return luckily nothing too absurd. Cad:74, Vert:1,320, ATemp:67F

Comments: Rode Q3 on shorter but always feels harder, 42 mile Redstone loop. Forgot front D battery at home, Rode all the way up in small chainring, large chainring all the back until Poudre River trail, then small ring. Felt terribly slow climbing all the way up to Redstone school with slowest avg yet; 13.6mph!! There was some North headwind up the canyon but wasn't completely horrible. BUT; the lack of headwind/slight tailwind heading back down the canyon was AWESOME!! Made up some time. Never would have guessed the 16.7 mph avg after such pathetically slow climbing. Comments: 2 days off and non-insane headwinds REALLY help with avg speed! Didn't attack the climbs on the way up (with slight headwind), but had 14.9 avg at Rawhide Station. Felt pretty good on way back down with minor/no cross headwind. Would not have guessed such a high-ish avg speed (for this year). Cad:75, Vert:1,320, ATemp:69F

Comments: After being rained out previous day, finally able to get for 1st ride after a week in NOLA, didn't try to go too hard, but was very slow and a bit gassed. Pretty motivated to drop lbs for the wedding. Cad:75, Vert:1,000, ATemp:63F. No humidity at least, but no legs either.

Comments: Felt a bit better than yesterday on the bike and was surprised how much faster. Higher heart rate, but higher speed. Had to turn right at top of Timberline due to traffic at 0730 which added a mile. Cad:76, Vert:1,000, ATemp:68F.

Comments: Feeling a little better with each ride. Getting most comfortable on the Q1. Avg'd 15.5 mph to top of Rawhide. Minor headwind for bottom 10 miles of climb, no wind next 6, then minor tailwind last 8 miles. Significantly more headwind on return down the valley, all 25 miles back but not too violent. Comments: 1st ride on Q3 in awhile. COnsistently from SE wind at a non-liner velocity. Wanted to ride 50 miles, but my right knee was tweaky after pushing the bottom 10 miles of the climb so bailed out for the Buckeye route. Knee felt better after the 1st 10 mile climb. 2 gravel riders turned on route at normal 40 mile turnaround so I chased then up another 4 miles to the Buckeye urnaround. Was surprised that I actually passed them easily at the 2% grade. Found myself joining a charity ride route on way in to FoCO. Felt like I spinning more, but avg was only 75, Cad:75, Vert: 1050', ATemp:63F
