One thing I am noticing that it takes about 30 minutes before I feel my legs are truly warmed up. This matches the way it worked back in the day when I was riding very regularly. The first 10 miles were all about warm up.
I'm going to have to start doing at least an hour spin. My problem is I get board and distracted... must keep spinning! |
