  Peg, I am sooo sorry, I had not even looked at my profile in such a long time. I just barley noticed I had a comment. Just wanted you to know, i was not ignoring you. I am still riding my bicycle, how about you? This cold weather does make it hard to get some miles in...thats for sure. Again, sorry for not responding. Hope all is well.

I just started biking outdoors in May 2007. Before that I'd ridden a stationary bike in the basement for 3 years. Previous to 1999, I was a recreational jogger. I ran from 1971-1999, until needing a hip replacement. I find that biking does not seem to hurt my hip and gives me the same physical and emotional benefits that I loved about jogging.
This is all new to me. Ok. Now that I'm hooked, I'm worried about how to keep this up during the winter. Also, I love reading the forums! |
