Hi Scott,
No big deal on the 330km really, it's just a state of mind more than the physical effort, although I have to admit yesterday was a bit harder than normal with the humidity. I drank about 10 litres of fluid during the ride.
Watch this space over the next 6 weeks for hopefully a couple of longer rides!
