 Tx for the muddy face comment, that WAS a fantastic day. You, however, will never suffer such indignity reclining so high above the dirt and debris, as you scorch the miles ti total fitness. Another duo-thlon soon would be nice.

I started riding again after a 2 1/2 year lapse during which I gained a lot of weight. I was an avid off-road biker and now I am riding a Bacchetta Strada recumbent.
9/24/2007 - One year after buying my bike, milestones:
- 60 lbs lost since I started riding the new bike (total of 102 lost since starting diet 06/2007)
- 7000 miles ridden
- 6000 miles ridden in 2007
- Commuting to/from work more often than not
12/30/07 - Made my 2007 goal of 8000 miles today. Woo hoo! |
