 Hello...Haven't spoken to you in awhile. Helloooo from Teaneck, NJ. Weather here is starting to settle into a discernible pattern and I can begin to plan and execute rides. I have an autoimmune syndrome, and cannot ride in weather below 45 degrees F, somy season is basically beginning now. Not a minute too soon.
Regardless...I hope you are safe and the riding is good. Stay well.

 I've just left clipless after giving it another try. Knee pain. Have the power grips on one bike and platforms on the others.

History:

First mounted in 1968 at age 5. At age 14 got a puegot road bike popular back then. Car crashed into me and bike, got another puegot at age 15. Rode it through college, commuted thru city streets.
Got my first real bike in 1984, a Specialized Expedition. Great Bike. Still have it but needs some work.
At age 43 + wife and 6 kids getting fat and oild. No serious biking in about 15 years.Then I bribed myself with a new red 2006 Allez triple.
>May 15, 2007 First Upgrade: I purchased a new set of wheels: Rol Volant !!!!
Switched the Allez with a Litespeed frame I found on Ebay, in 2008.
In summer 2011 I purchased a Xacd Chinese Titanium frame.
I Commute 25 Km 4-5 times a week. Try to get longer rides on Fridays and other occasions
On Oct 8, 2006 I competed century. 8.5 hours riding time. 5000 ft climbs. Wasnt even Charly horse

Reused seat post and wheels from old bike, for now anyway.
