 Don't push it with that knee. Its far better to take a few months to come back than to fall back with another injury. Remember, slow and easy. It just seems to me that you are really pushing just a little too hard.

Been riding for 30 plus years. Started serious riding, (3000-5000 miles/year), in 2002.
2014 update: Reluctantly gave up randonneuring after a serious, (3 fractured cervical vertebrae), accident in 2012. Still riding the distances, though, and looking forward to a bunch of metric centuries in 2014, and maybe a few statute centuries and a double century. |
