I have always enjoyed riding and got away from it for a number of years. I got serious in 2004 to get active and loose weight. By 2005 I got in about 2,000 miles and in 2006 about 4,500. I've also started running so my 2007 miles might be a little lower but I'm hoping to improve my overall health even more. I'm into touring and hope to do at least a tour every year. |
