I am a 35 year old, overweight guy. I decided in 2012 to give Sprint Triathalons a try. During the training for the triathalon, I decided I enjoyed the biking alot but wasn't enjoying my 1996 mountain bike wasn't doing it for me. So, near the end of the summer, I was in the local bike shop and they had the Cannondale's on clearance. I did pretty well averaging 18.2 MPH for the 16.6 miles of the sprint Tri.
I have enjoyed my bike and am looking forward to the summer. My goal is to put 100 miles a month getting ready for a couple of longer rides this year. |
