I began mountain biking and racing competitively in 1997 on a Specialized Stump Jumper. I added road biking in 1998 and did my first century, El Tour de Tucson, on my Bianchi. I've biking ever since and now ride a Titus FCR road and a Titus Racer X MTB, both great bikes! I got into triathlons in 2005 which was a new challenge not having swam or run in nearly 25 years. Biking is my first love however and I do it for the fun, fitness, friends and the challenge and competition as well! |
