Have been riding off and on for 40+ years. Member of Adventure Cycling since 1983. Did the Assault on Mt Mitchell in 1987. Have done numerous charity rides including American Lung Assoc and MS150. I want to get back in the shape I was in when I thought I wasn't in shape! Michael and I are having a blast riding our new Ebikes!
