I always loved biking when I was a kid, but was recently reintroduced to how much fun it is. The summer of '05, I went on a monumental (I thought at the time) bike ride of 14 miles throughout a large park in Philadelphia. I felt better than I had in years! Biking and this site has driven me to a healthier way of living, eating, and even encouraged me to quit smoking! I quit on October 17th, and will NEVER pick up one of those white cancer sticks!
