History:

73 years old and still riding 100+ miles a week. I mainly ride because I love it and it helps keep my weight stable. Been riding since 1987, got a late start. Most rides are local during the week, and with the Club on weekends. Being retired, we can ride during the day when school/work traffic is lighter. Favorite ride is to do about 25-35 miles out, eat breakfast and do 20-30 miles back home.
