My goal this year is 3000 miles. I am planning on doing my first Half Ironman this year. So I will be doing more than just riding this year. So I have added alot more to my normal routine.

I have riden RAGBRAI 5 times. I've met some really great people and I'm sure this year wont be any different. I also rode the MS150 Bike tour in South Carolina the Breakaway to the Beach. I was proud to do the ride for my sister. A very nice ride and very well supported. And most of all it is for a great cause. I also have riden 5 century rides I try to do at least one a year.
