Bike riding is my favorite thing to do. I've been riding for most of my life. I don't speed ride or set out for distance, I ride for the excitement and love of riding. When I ride I bring my Yorkie, Jujube along with me. Since I switched to a trike she rides in a basket over the rear wheel and also likes to run next to my trike for a few miles. I don't ride with clubs because I enjoy riding solo all day and riding at my pace. Since I don't work I'm able to ride as much as six days a week. I live in the desert and I have to change my riding to late afternoon and into the night around late May until late Sept. This doesn't stop me from riding as long and as far as I want. The desert nights are beautiful and the places I can ride to are endless. |
