I've been a rider off and on for years. I've gotten back on the bike this year after a 2-3 year hiatus. My aim is weightloss and to build my fitness level. I plan on being in the best shape I've ever been, when I turn 40 in October 06. I'm also planning on riding a century that same week. So far so good, I'm nearly down to the weight I started college with. |
