Lots and lots and lots.

I've been car free and cycling every day since my parents first gave me a bike, so far too rapidly approaching 40 years!
I've been riding mountain bikes, road bikes for years, but became recumbent a few years ago, and i've not looked down since.

Moved house! new route is shortest 5.6miles WAHEY!
but not good for keeping up with the leaders here..

Currently working as cycling development worker.
Commuting and taking people out cycling when I'm at work!

The vast majority of my mileage is commuting, but I also cycle at work, although the distance there is fairly small, maybe totalling 15miles per day. Most days it's 2 or 3 miles to a jump spot on the mountain bike with a group of young people.

I also train police officers, and local authority officers to cycle in some fairly heavy traffic conditions.

Also the European writer for www.bentrideronline.com, wahey I get to play with more bikes, of which they will appear here at some point.
Racing the www.bhpc.org.uk series on the catrike, is becoming addictive.
