 Thanks for the info. I really love my rode bike and can't imagine riding anything else. I ride for a work-out and try to keep my heart rate above 150 and am not sure I could do that on a recumbant(sp?) I have had only one spill and it was my own fault. I didn't get clippped out of one of my peddles this summer and fell and broke my arm. Even that onlt kept me off my bike for 6 days. I am glad you like your bike.
