History:

I've been riding off and on since I was 11. I'd been away from it for about 10 years when my doctor said "you're overweight, you have blood pressure and cholesterol issues. You better do something if you want to keep breathing." So I bought a new bike and started riding again. It lifts my spirit, keeps me healthy and transports me literally and spiritually. Cycling is life.
