I started riding in the fall of 2005.I set a goal to ride the AIDS Life/Cycle 5. A seven day ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles. The experience was wonderful and I haven't stopped riding. Heart attack labor day week end 2007. Had to stay off the bike for a week. After the attack I quit smoking.
