Started cycling at age 23 with husband. At age 61 ordered a Trice Q recumbent trike after taking 3 falls on my Specialized Crosswind. Living in Central Florida, near the Van Fleet Trail, and trying to get into shape (50 lbs overweight; two stents in right coronary artery, May 2006 and May 2007). It's now or never to become a competent bike tourist (capable of riding 50 miles a day comfortably). |
