History:

Just started riding regularly in 2004 when I bought my Trek road bike. LOVE IT. Now my goal is to commute to work as often as possible (2-3 times a week?)... 17.5 miles each way on my Sugar (with semi-slicks and lots of bags!)... Hope for good weather and not a lot of wind gusts! I've learned to dress for the rain, but winter snow on the forest preserve path keeps me driving. Some day, some day... Wish I could commute all summer, too, but the school year prevents that!

Don't want to pop a tire on my road bike, and want to be able to jump curbs when cars are driven by idiots on my long haul. During the school year, it has front & back bags, two saddle bags and lights for the dark mornings at 5am. Lifetime Odometer: 3,892.0 miles
