I am happy to host the 2019 Photo Thread.

Enjoy the scenery.
Stop to take pictures.

And even though the website doesn't make it easy, post photos of your ride here!
(We can help with how to post)

Let's have a wonderful 2019.

To post pictures, I'm using Google Photos, it's free! From there, I copy the Link for the photo and paste it in the convertor box to generate a code to embed your photo here...
ctrlq.org/google/photos/?_ga=2.101035137.1266284650.1499197399-1269054527.1499197399

You will also need to change the photo size. Near the end of the code is you'll find a =w2400' ...Be sure to change that 2400 to 550 so your pictures will show up this size...
(Remember to add a Space before and after the link code)

You can also add a photo to a Strava ride, then grab the photo URL from either the Strava app (on mobile devices) or the Strava site (from a desktop\laptop). The below is the latter technique.

Some medicine for the winter blues.

I rode the Great Allegheny Passage a few years ago with the Rails to Trails group. I was researching this years bike tour and to my dismay, it looks like the Rails to Trails Sojourn series is no more. The link below will take you to my videos and photos of that week long ride through three states. West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Maryland. The first video is a hoot.

I was looking in to this event and found the same info as you. No longer going to be done
But didn't say as to why it wasn't going to be done this year.

I tried the google thing. Unable. I wish PhotoBucket didn't screw it up for us. I just figure that out and bam, gotta start all over.

This is a test using image box.

I took this shot of a new bike path in Florida called the Good Neighbor Trail which will ultimately be part of a much larger system of connected bike trails going from one side of Florida to the other called the "Coast to Coast Connector"
