Thanks to chipg5 for keeping this challenge going over that last few years, and for prestonjb for creating it (let me know if I'm wrong about that).
So here are the rules from prestonjb's old threads:

Rules: Typically a century counts if it is any sum of 100 miles in a 24 hour period. If you do a long ride like a DOUBLE century or a 400k BREVET then you could count the ride as TWO centuries as long as each set of 100 miles are within 24 hour periods. If you do 95 miles in 24 hours and 105 miles in the next 24 hours then it is only ONE century, not two.

You can ride 50 miles in the morning and 50 miles in the evening and it will be a century as long as the 100 miles are all in the same 24 hours...

Post the month and century or centuries you rode and any other info you want to include.

OK, since we have added a few more people this year, I'm adding the link to access the spreadsheet directly on google. Its usually much easier to update without the BJ forum snapping you back to the top of the page all the time. See below:

Ear;y morning ride out to Lake County, around several lakes, and back home on CR42. I got a little tired in the last 20 miles, and fell behind a bit.

Second for November. 104.2 miles at the Gears & Beers Bayou 100. Details at Fifty Mile Challenge Post 374.

Fastest century of my life. Also the flattest.

With this ride, I'm deliberately bringing my "century a week" streak to an end, before it takes over my life. (A case could be made that it's too late.) I wanted a "nice" way to stop, so it wouldn't feel like I just randomly quit. Since the streak began with the first Alabama Backroads Century Series ride of the year (the Restoration Ride, March 16), finishing with the last ABCS ride seemed fitting.

I guess that gives me a new target to shoot for, only two years to go!

I got my December century in today, 101.01 miles, mostly on Long Island. It was halfway decent weather for December, except for the strong winds. Might have been my slowest century ever. My steak is now 108 months, 9 years.

Um actually, it's the century-a-week streak I killed off at 34. I intend to keep my century-a-month streak going as long as I'm physically capable Assuming you plan the same, may we stay two years apart far into the future!

I'm shooting for 52 for my century a week. Shouldn't be too much trouble with the nice weather down here at this time of year.

Ride down to Seminole county to ride with the big group, then a solo ride home. Might be my last ride down there, as they are charging a membership fee of $25 next year to ride with them. Since I don't go down there that often, it doesn't seem worth it.

Early start, was windy but not wet. After 50 miles or so, it started misting, and got a little colder. My fingers got a little cold, but the rest of me was fine.

Long ride with 3 other guys, I kept up for the first 125 miles, but got dropped coming back into the wind and rain. Caught up when they stopped for a break, but I didn't get one, so dropped again after another 10 miles. It rained off and on the last 50 miles or so, but was dry the last 20.

50th century for the 2019. Never would have expected this when the year began.
