Have any of you done this ride? I'm thinking about doing it with my family this summer and wanted to get some input.

Are there a lot of hills? What about activities? What is there to do besides ride?

Thanks!

Just a quick update/review of the ride. We finished last Friday. The ride was well organized and very friendly for any family. We met riders from 4 - 91. My boys are all hooked on road riding now and all want their own road bikes. The weather was much warmer than we expected, it was 96 one day! While hot, not near as uncomfortable as home. If your thinking about doing this with your family, you should. We had a great time, everyone finished on their own bikes with no flats or other problems.

wbulr,

please comment on

1. Overnights (Camping, indoors, B&B's etc)
2. Luggage transport
3. Return to your vehicle ?? (Buses?)

Thanks, I lost my link and am furiously trying to find it.

Overnights were camping on school grounds with use of bathrooms and showers at the schools. Luggage was transported in large Ryder trucks. There were busses taking you from the end back to your car or from your car back to the start.

Here is a link to the website, if your interested you might ask to get on the mailing list right now. They filled up very quickly and do not have online registration.

Is there a website for this area in Ohio? How long are the trails?

I have been on a few of those trails a few years ago. They are pretty good trails, the last time I rode them.
