Every year, I try to make it to the Art Fair On The Square, in Madison Wisconsin.
It's one of the biggest and best Art Shows in the midwest.
One of my favorite returning artists, is Wisconsin sculptor Thomas Wargin.
His work is very unique, and his topics vary, but he has a style that is unmistakable, and often involves wheels.
