     | Club: Ice Bike | | Weather Conditions: Overcast. Calm. 28°. | | Ride Description: After averaging 6.5 mph to Caledonia Road, I turned around and rode back to Elevator Road, and over to the Middle School. The Long Prairie Trail was a bit softer than the Stone Bridge Trail.
The SBT was icy and fast.

HR Monitor includes 14 minutes of rest, picture taking and talking to some nice snowmobilers.

  | I set my Monthly Mileage Record for the 3rd month in a row. I now have 55.63 miles this month.

With yesterdays temps near 40°, and todays 28°, I was hoping for a lot of fast ice, but the Long Prairie Trail was soft enough to make it a good workout to Caledonia Road. I averaged 6.5 mph with an avg. HR of 130.

The Stone Bridge Trail had less snow and more ice, making it much easier and faster to ride.

I stopped to get some pictures of the Stone Bridge, and talked to a nice guy with his two kids that were stopped with temporary snowmobile trouble.
